Tucker Vantol

Hey everyone I’m Tucker,

I’m newer to the sport than some of our other employees but have surfed/ snowboarded most of my life so I like to think that I progress faster than normal.  I prefer to ride wakestyle or strapless in the surf.  I feel like those two areas are really growing and will likely be the destiny of the sport.

You can usually find me in the water on dawn patrol as early as 5:30 until work starts.  It is really nice to get out and ride without any distractions and enjoy a nice sunrise.  I enjoy riding stable kites for wakestyle and fast kites for surf.  I ride a 142 DLX with Ronix boots for wakestyle and a 5’11” quad I shaped for surf.

When i’m not working or riding, I spend time with my wife and 3 kids.

See you on the water!

Aaron Johnson

Hey there!

I’m Aaron, your typical early 40’s, wind chasing, man-child that refuses to give up on the dream of sticking a solid back mobe this season. I’ll show those young punks, damnit 😉

At 6’0” and 180lbs, I ride a 12M / 9M combo most of the time here on Lake Michigan. My favorite boards are the North Team 137, an Aggression Super Phatty 138 x 46, a 5’11” Rawson rounded pin and a 6’0” Rusty Dwart.

I like a good, premium free-ride kite like the North Rebel for waves and free-riding, but
there’s nothing quite like hitting the slicks on a ripping c-kite, like the North Vegas. Load, pop, splat – rinse and repeat 😉

Thanks for checking my story
